I'm back.

I haven't logged everything in over the months, but would like to start again with my training for a half in June. I ran with a visitor from Australia - she was wiped after mile 1 so we walked for a bit, then I ran again - sprinted at the end. I like to pretend there is an axe murderer running right behind me near the end and I have to sprint to get away from him. Am I weird? Don't answer that.

It felt awesome to run outside. I've run a few times on my TM this Winter and it is so NOT fun. I was happy to see that I haven't totally lost my ability to run. I never huffed and puffed (except for after the sprint!)

Didn't get a chance to log my run yesterday. Ran outside - cold in the beginning, but really warm towards the end (obviously! puff puff). It felt good knowing I could run a 5k without all of the training I used to need. Updated my playlist which was a motivator.
