I'm back.

I haven't logged everything in over the months, but would like to start again with my training for a half in June. I ran with a visitor from Australia - she was wiped after mile 1 so we walked for a bit, then I ran again - sprinted at the end. I like to pretend there is an axe murderer running right behind me near the end and I have to sprint to get away from him. Am I weird? Don't answer that.

It felt awesome to run outside. I've run a few times on my TM this Winter and it is so NOT fun. I was happy to see that I haven't totally lost my ability to run. I never huffed and puffed (except for after the sprint!)

Woohoo! Glad you're back! Good job signing up for a half marathon Ash. I know you can do it!

Nice Job Ashley! If you're anything like your sister, you will kill it on your half!

I like the ax murder analogy. I will have to try that.
