Ran the usual 3 mile road route then added 1 mile "around the neighborhood" route. Can't believe I actually did it! Longest I've ever run straight IN MY LIFE. Got a side ache at mile 3 but ran through it. Asked myself if I could have kept running and I answered YES! Was SORE the rest of the day and had to take a 10 minute "I'm gonna die" nap in the afternoon, but I'm super proud of myself!

Yay! Good for you! You should be so proud. Awesome that you ran 4 miles. You should totally brag when you run farther then ever before. Good job!
