Ran 5 times around the top of Flat Iron Mesa. My knees were sore for the 1st mile, but felt fine after that. It was cooler this morning, thankfully. Always feel so good after I run.

Good Job Ashley! That is a tedious run, way to do it! I'm glad your knees felt better toward the end.

Out of town guests arrived yesterday. Got a run in on my usual 3 mi road route (I know its 3 cause I've calculated it when I drove the route). Nike Plus was acting up - didn't want to do its job - so distance not tracked. Felt good to run - tried to pick up the pace - was sore later that day. It's gonna be difficult to get runs in with guests here, but will follow my buddy Hal's training program if it kills me. I'm not gonna let this progress I've made backtrack.

Good job for keeping it up while guests are in town! Way to stick to that program! You're doing great!

Ran the usual 3 mile road route then added 1 mile "around the neighborhood" route. Can't believe I actually did it! Longest I've ever run straight IN MY LIFE. Got a side ache at mile 3 but ran through it. Asked myself if I could have kept running and I answered YES! Was SORE the rest of the day and had to take a 10 minute "I'm gonna die" nap in the afternoon, but I'm super proud of myself!

Yay! Good for you! You should be so proud. Awesome that you ran 4 miles. You should totally brag when you run farther then ever before. Good job!
